Systemic Constellations: Exploring the Hidden Dynamics of Our Lives

Systemic Constellations: Exploring the Hidden Dynamics of Our Lives
In-Person Workshop | Sydney

Systemic constellations are a powerful way to explore the invisible dynamics shaping our inner and outer worlds. Through embodied group process, we can gain insight into patterns that live in our relationships, work, family systems, and wider social fields.

In this in-person session, we’ll work with embodied mapping practices to:

  • Gently explore different themes and areas of life

  • Bring awareness to what might be getting in the way of flow or change

  • Use group constellations to illuminate the dynamics at play in a few participants’ systems

  • Connect, listen, and learn through the wisdom of the collective field

Systemic constellations offer a unique and deeply felt way to sense into complexity—beyond analysis or logic. They invite us to hold space for what is, and to move toward greater clarity, wholeness, and possibility.

No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Date: Sun May 25th, 2025 10:00am - 3:30pm
Location: Clovelly & Co 163 Clovelly Rd, Randwick NSW 2031, Australia.
Cost: $110 per person / Unwaged $90 per person

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

School of Being is a learning community and a space to restore well-being within ourselves, in our relationships, our places and our living world. Our practices seed change from the inside out, helping us to unlearn and learn ways of being to support a flourishing future.

Vivien Sung (right) is a facilitator, educator and visual storyteller passionate about guiding individual and collective change to restore wellbeing and right relationship with our living world. Her work is rooted in the belief that regeneration is not only ecological but deeply relational, grounded in heart-centred and restorative ways of being. Combining her deep curiosity with expertise in leadership and inner development, creative and systems thinking, regenerative development, systemic constellations and energy healing, she stewards pathways to well-being. She believes flourishing futures require more than technological solutions—calling for a revival of heart, imagination, and spirit.

Jax Wechsler (left) is a trauma-informed facilitator, educator, and coach passionate about change, inner development and enabling better futures for individuals, society and the planet. She has been interested in earth based spirituality for 20 years and over the last few has been on a personal journey into greater embodiment and new ways of being. Studying neuroscience, nature constellations, somatic coaching and polyvagal theory has helped her draw a link between intergenerational, personal and collective trauma, personal and collective resilience, and creativity. She strongly believes that new ways of being will help people to meet current social and environmental challenges, to thrive and to flourish.

Jack McLain pop up Photoshoot

Jack McLain is a local photographer and artist currently working on a project in collaboration with Randwick Council which will be part of the Town Hall Takeover series of artists from August 18-25. Jack is making portraits with people on instant film to explore the question “What transforms this place where we live from a point on a map into a community?”

He’s gathering both the words and images of local people to be part of the exhibition. If you’d like to be part of this exhibition and share your experience, he’ll be setting up a pop up at Clovelly & Co on the 5th of April in the morning to make your portrait. Jack makes two portraits, one for you and one for his exhibition, and you get to choose which one is for you and which one is for the wall.

So come in for a free portrait and share your experience of the Randwick LGA on April 5 between 8am and midday.
